Sakshi Malik is a 24 years old female wrestler from Haryana who was earlier selected for Rio based on her performance and she has finally brought a bronze medal to India. She has become the fourth Female to win a medal at Rio Olympics. In 58 Kg category she has defeated Aisullu of Kyrgyzstan by 8-5 and made a history in the year 2016.
When Sydney Olympics was held in the year 2000, India’s KarnamMalleshwari was the only woman to win a medal at that Olympics.
