Asian Games Host Cities
The 2018 Games were originally planned to be held in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2019, but after they withdrew to was awarded to Jakarta in Indonesia and brought back to 2018.
It is expected that the following edition will revert to the planned cycle of the year after the Winter Olympics and World Cup, so it will be held in 2023
